HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Join us for a complementary introduction to Ideal Protein. Introduction workshops are offered two times a week, once during the day and once in the evening.
The workshop takes approximately 60-90 minutes and includes:
• An introduction to BodyTech/Rockville
• A complete overview of the Ideal Protein protocol
• Samples of the food
• Questions and Answers
We are located at 11611 Nebel St., Rockville, MD (near White Flint Mall).
Introduction workshops are also available in your office or organization for groups of 5 or more.
