Baked Stuffed Peppers
Good for Phases 1 – 4
Simple to prepare
- 1 Pepper
- 8 oz. lean ground beef, or ground turkey
- sea salt to taste
Step 1. Slice the top off of the pepper.
Step 2. Scoop out the seeds and insides.
Step 3. Cook the ground beef through.
Step 4. Add mushrooms and season with sea salt.
Step 5. Stuff the meat mixture into the pepper.
Step 6. Place in oven 350° for approx. 30 minutes.
Optional: stuff with IP Chili (R) and a little soy sauce.
