Balsamic Vinaigrette
Great for Phases 1 – 3
Easy to prepare
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c. Ideal Protein Balsamic Dressing
- 1 packet Stevia or Splenda
- 1 tsp. water
- 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Step 1. Mix all of the ingredients, slowly adding the water to
desired consistency.
