Spicy Grilled Chicken Tenders
Great for Phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare
- boneless chicken breast meat, cut into strips
- Franks hot sauce
- 1 packet Ideal Protein BBQ crisps, or Garlic and Herb crisps – Crushed to powder
- 2 egg whites
- salt and pepper to taste
Step 1. Rinse the chicken.
Step 2. Dip chicken into egg whites.
Step 3. Dip chicken into the Ideal Protein crisps, and season with salt and pepper if desired.
Step 4. Spray baking dish with oil or non stick oil.
Step 5. Line baking pan with chicken tenders.
Step 6. Bake on 375 turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked.
Step 7. When cooked, pour on Franks hot sauce.
Grill tenders or after baking, lightly saute to crisp.
