Beef – Crack Slaw

Crack Slaw

Great for Phases 1 – 4
Easy to make

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 3 ½ c. cabbage shredded
  • ½ c. chopped green onion
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • ½ tsp. Splenda
  • ½ tsp. grated ginger
  • 1 tsp. white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • ½ tsp. hot sauce

Directions:

Step 1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, add salt and pepper, to taste.
Step 2. Mix Splenda, giner, vinegar, soy sauce and hot sauce in bowl.
Step 3. Drain fat from the ground beef, set aside.
Step 4. Sautee green onion and cabbage, until slightly wilted.
Step 5. Stir in the sauce from bowl, add the meat.
