Big Mac Bowl
Good for Phases 1-4
Easy to prepare
- 8oz. lean ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 tsp. chopped onions
- dill pickle slices or 2 dill spears, chopped
- 2 tbsp. Walden Farms Thousand Island Dressing
- 1 1/2 oz. shredded iceberg lettuce
- salt to taste
Step 1. Brown the ground beef.
Step 2. Drain off any fat.
Step 3. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4. Put the browned meat in a large salad bowl.
Step 5. Add the remaining ingredients.
Step 6. Toss and eat.
