Cereal Flakes – Cinnamon Buns

Cinnamon Buns

Good for Phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Ideal Protein Cereal Flakes (R)
  • 4 tbsp. water
  • 3 tbsp. Egg whites
  • 1 packet Stevia or Splenda
  • 3 tsp. Walden Farms Syrup
  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:

Step 1. Preheat oven 350.
Step 2. Add IP Cereal Flakes and Water, mix and allow to sit 5 minutes.
Step 3. Add the rest of the ingredients, and mix well.
Step 4. Spray mini muffin tin with Pam.
Step 5. Add a little of the mixture to each container in the tin.
Step 6. Bake on 350 for approx. 10 minutes (keep your eye so that they do not burn).

Servings:
12 mini muffins = 1 IP serving (R)

Serving Suggestions:
Sprinkle cinnamon on top with a drop of syrup
