Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Spiced Cake
Great for Phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare
- 1 packet Ideal Protein butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 packet Ideal Protein chocolate chip pancake mix
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. Splenda
- 1/3 c. egg whites
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (no sugar)
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 tbsp. Walden Farms pancake syrup
Step 1. In a medium bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
Step 2. Add liquid ingredients and mix well.
Step 3. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray, add batter.
Step 4. Bake approx. 10 minutes checking often to not over cook.
