Vegetarian Crack Slaw
Great for all Phases
Easy to make
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 4 c. cabbage shredded
- 1 c. chopped green onion
- salt & pepper, to taste
- ½ tsp. Splenda
- 1 tsp. grated ginger
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- ½ tsp. hot sauce
Directions:
Step 1. Mix Splenda, ginger, vinegar, soy sauce and hot sauce in bowl.
Step 2. Sautee green onion and cabbage, until slightly wilted.
Step 3. Stir in the sauce from bowl.
