Mashed Cauliflower
Great for all Phases
Simple to prepare
Ingredients:
- 1 head of fresh cauliflower chopped
- 3 roasted garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp. fresh chives, chopped
- salt and pepper
Directions:
Step 1. Boil the cauliflower until it is very soft (approx. 25 min.)
Step 2. Drain the water.
Step 3. Place cauliflower in food processor.
Step 4. Add garlic cloves and seasoning and pulse until smooth (or desired texture).
