Easy to prepare
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Dill Pickle Zippers
- 2 cups chopped cauliflower
- green onions chopped
- 1 egg
Step 1. Steam cauliflower for approx. 5 minutes.
Step 2. Add Cauliflower, Dill Pickle zippers, and egg.
Step 3. Spray mini muffin tins very well. Pack each with the mix.
Step 4. Bake 350 for approx 30 minutes, turning occasional.
