Great for Phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Ideal Protein Chocolate Chip Pancake
  • 1.8 oz. water
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. chocolate extract (optional)
  • 1/2 packet Spenda/Stevia (optional)

Directions:
Step 1. Mix all ingredients very well.
Step 2. Spray non stick spray into small loaf pan.
Step 3. Bake on 350 – for approx. 15 minutes. Be careful not to overcook.

Cooking suggestion:
For a more moist loaf, add 1/2 tsp. grapeseed oil.
