Easy to make
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 1/4 c. Ideal Protein Garlic Crisps (crushed)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp. minced onions
- 2 tbsp. Walden Farms Mayo
- 1 egg
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
- Olive Oil spray
Step 1. Mix all ingredients except olive oil and crab meat and Ideal Protein Crisps and 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning.
Step 2. Fold in crab meat, and 1/2 garlic Crisps (crushed).
Step 3. Spray broil pan with olive oil.
Step 4. Form crab balls and place on broil pan.
Step 5. Flatten crab balls, and sprinkle on top of the crab balls, the rest of the Garlic Crisp Crumbs and 1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning.
Step 6. Broil for approx. 10 minutes, then turn and broil 10 more minutes.
