Crumble – Jicama, Vanilla, Oatmeal Crumble

Jicama Oatmeal Vanilla Crumble

Good for Phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Ideal Protein Maple Oatmeal
  • 1 packet Ideal Protein Vanilla pudding
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 jicama sliced thin
  • 1/4 tsp. skim milk
  • 1/3 c. egg white
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 2 tbsp. Walden Farms Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp. Walden Farms Caramel syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea salt
  • 1/4 c. water

Directions:

Step 1. Toss jicama, sea salt, water and cinnamon into pan.
Step 2. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Take off lid and cook 5 more minutes.
Step 3. Add Walden Farms Caramel syrup and mix well.
Step 4. Mix 1 packet Ideal Protein Maple oatmeal, 1 packet of Ideal Protein Vanilla.
pudding mix (dry), baking powder, skim milk, egg whites, cinnamon, Walden Farms syrup and
mix until you make a crumble.
Step 5. Put the jicama mixture into baking dish, top with the crumble mixture and bake 425 for approx
10 min.
