Sea Salt Salmon with Sweet Dressing

Easy to prepare
- 8 oz. Salmon
- Sea Salt
- Walden Farms Russian or Thousand Island dressing
- Walden Farms Apricot Preserves
Step 1. Line a broiling pan with foil.
Step 2. Spray lightly with olive oil.
Step 3. Lay the Salmon on the foil.
Step 4. Gently salt the piece of Salmon.
Step 5. Bake on 350 until cooked.
Step 6. Put 1 tbsp. WF Apricot Preservers in microwavable bowl, and microwave for 10 seconds.
Step 7. Add 1 tbsp. of WF Thousand Island or WF Russian to the WF Apricot Preserves.
Step 8. When fish is done, either spread a small amount of the dressing mixture on top, or dip.
