Garlic and Herb Crisp Meatballs
Great for Phase 1 – 4
Easy to prepare
- 1lb. lean hamburger meat or ground turkey
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Garlic and Herb Crisps (finely crushed)
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- pinch onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Step 1. Mix all ingredients together.
Step 2. Knead the meat or turkey
Step 3. Form Meatballs.
Step 4. Broil to your liking.
