How your decisions you make today..effect your tomorrow!

Decisions, Decisions, Decisions.  We all have to make them, and we usually make many decisions a day.  What decision you make today will certainly effect something tomorrow in your life.   Some of these decisions will make you happy, some will ultimately make you miserable and some just keep you going.  What ever you have to choose from, whether it be a family issue, or work related issue or even just about you and your health, the decision you make will effect your tomorrow.  So, the question I ask myself often is  ” Do I need to eat ice-cream every night to feel happy?”  What would the outcome of that decision be?  If I eat the ice-cream, I WILL gain weight (and we know the snowball effect of weight gain). It is just that simple.  We want something, and we all want it NOW!  It’s the patience that we learn along the way that will help us stay the course that we choose.  If I choose to work hard, the reward of making a living for myself and my family will pay off.  If I choose to work so hard that I am never with my family, the rewards may be different.   If I choose to be healthy,  patience will help me do what I need to get there.  The rewards of getting healthy are too numerous to name.  Everyone has choices, but it’s those decisions that you make today, that will ultimately effect your tomorrow.  What choice do you have?
