Easy Broccoli Cauliflower Hummus

Great for Phases 1 – 3
Simple to prepare

Ingredients:

  • 1 head (or bag) cauliflower
  • 1 head (or bag) broccoli
  • garlic to taste
  • sea salt to taste

Directions:

Step 1. Microwave cauliflower and broccoli for 6 minutes (don’t let it get mushy).
Step 2. Place small amounts at a time of both into blender (ninja type works best).
Step 3. Blend and repeat for all remaining vegetables.
Step 4. Add garlic and sea salt to taste.
