Kale Chips
Easy and quick prep
Great for all Phases
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of Kale
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- sea salt
Directions:
Step 1. Pre-heat oven to 250°F.
Step 2. washed, dry and remove the leaves from the thick stems and cut into bite size pieces.
Step 3. Lightly coat with olive oil in mixing bowl.
Step 4. Arrange on a baking sheet and season with salt.
Step 5. Bake for 30 minutes.
