Kohlrabi Hash Browns
Great for phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare
- 1 large kohlrabi
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- sea salt
Step 1. Peel the kohlrabi.
Step 2. Grate the kohlrabi (remember to measure out no more than 2 cups per meal).
Step 3. Add olive oil to a frying pan.
Step 4. Lay the grated kohlrabi in the bottom on pan, spreading it out thin to coat the pan. Allow to sauté until dark.
Step 5. With spatula, flip the kohlrabi and cook on the other side. Continue to do this until golden brown all through the vegetable.
Step 6. Add Sea Salt to taste.
