Oatmeal Zucchini Muffins
Great for all Phases
Easy to prepare
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Ideal Protein Oatmeal (Maple or Apple)
- 1/3 c. Egg Whites
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract (pure)
- 1 /4 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 packet Splenda
- 1/ 2 c. Grated Zucchini
Directions:
Step 1. Mix all ingredients together.
Step 2. Spray nonstick mini muffin tin.
Step 4. Pour mix in tin.
Step 5. Bake on 350. Approx 16 minutes. (Oven temps vary).
