Oatmeal Zucchini Muffins
Great for Phases 1-3
Easy to prepare
Ingredients:
• 1 packet Ideal Protein Maple Oatmeal or Apple Oatmeal
• 1/3 c. Egg Whites
• 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
• 1 /2 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract (pure)
• 1 /2 tsp. Cinnamon
• 1 packet Splenda
• 1/ 2 – 3/4 c. Grated Zucchini
Directions:
Step 1. Mix all ingredients together.
Step 2. Spray nonstick mini muffin tin.
Step 4. Pour mix in tin.
Step 5. Bake on 350. Aprox 12-14 minutes. (Oven temps vary).
