Easy to prepare

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Ideal Protein Cheddar Cheese Omelet
  • 2 egg whites, beaten until stiff, but not dry
  • 1/4 tsp. herbs de Provence
  • 1/3 c. sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Step 1: Prepare omelet as directed.
Step 2: Fold in remaining ingredients.
Step 3: Spray small souffle or baking dish with non stick spray.
Step 4: Pour into small soufflé or baking dish.
Step 5: Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
