Good for Phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare
- 1 packet Ideal Protein oatmeal (maple or apple)
- 1/3 c. egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp. Water
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp. of Stevia or Splenda
- 1-1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp.grape seed or olive oil (for a more moist muffin)
Step 1. Mix all ingredients together.
Step 2. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Step 3. Spray nonstick muffin tin.
Step 4. Pour mix into muffin tin
Step 5. Bake on 375. Approx 20 minutes. (Oven temps vary, please keep your eye on the muffin as to not over cook)
