Fish – Pepper Flounder

Pepper Flounder

Good for Phases 1-4
Easy to prepare

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Flounder filet
  • Spice Rub Make your own Rub (see below)

 Rub:

  • 1/3 c. coarse salt
  • 2 packets Splenda or Stevia
  • 1/4 c. paprika
  • 2 tbsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp.dried thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:

Step 1. Pour some rub into a bag.
Step 2. Add 1 piece of Flounder into the bag and shake – continue for all pices of flounder.
Step 3. Broil or bake or grill the flounder for approximately 15 minutes, or until cooked.

Servings:
1 8 0z. piece = 1 serving
