Pepper Flounder
Good for all Phases
Easy to prepare
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Flounder filet
- Spice Rub Make your own Rub (see below)
Rub:
- 1/3 c. coarse salt
- 2 packets Splenda or Stevia
- 1/4 c. paprika
- 2 tbsp. ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. dried oregano
- 2 tbsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Directions:
Step 1. Pour some rub into a bag.
Step 2. Add 1 piece of Flounder into the bag and shake – continue for all pices of flounder.
Step 3. Broil or bake or grill the flounder for approximately 15 minutes, or until cooked.
