Chocolate Pumpkin Mug Cake

Ingredients:

• 1 packet Ideal Protein  pancake mix
• 3 tbsp. + 1 tsp. water
• 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
• 1 tsp. pure chocolate extract
• 1 – 2 T. Walden Farms chocolate syrup

Directions:

Step 1.  Spray large mug with non stick spray.
Step 2. Mix all ingredients together except chocolate syrup.
Step 3. Pour mix into the large mug.
Step 4. Microwave 1 minute. Remove and turn mug over for cake to fall onto plate.
Step 5. Drizzle Walden Farms chocolate syrup on top.
