Easy to prepare
- 2 lbs. pork tenderloin
- 1 1/2 c.chicken stock no sugar added (best choice: Better than Bouillon)
- 3 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper pepper to taste
- spices and herbs of your choice
Step 1. Place pork tenderloin in the slow cooker or oven with herbs and spices.
Step 2. Pour broth, and soy sauce over the top, turning the pork to coat.
Step 3. Add in garlic and onion powder.
Step 4. Sprinkle with pepper, cover, and cook on low setting for 4 hours.
Serving suggestions: Serve with a side of mashed cauliflower
