Potato Puree – Breakfast Burrito

Great for Phase 1 – 4
Simple to prepare

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Ideal Protein Potato Puree
  • 1 tbsp. egg white
  • 1 egg
  • Veggies of choice
  • spray for coating pan
  • water

Directions:
Step 1. Prepare IP Potato Puree as directed.
Step 2. Add egg whites and mix well.
Step 3. Spray pan/skillet.
Step 4. Add mixture and spread thin on heated pan.
Step 5. Carefully flip to cook on both sides.
Step 6. Remove wrap from pan.
Step 7. Respray pan.
Step 8. Scramble 1 egg with veggies.
Step 9. Add to wrap and roll it up.

Serving Suggestions:
Count the egg as 2 oz. lean protein (subtract 2 oz from dinner meal.)
