Roasted Red Pepper Dip with Cauliflower
Good for phases 1-4
Simple and quick
- 1 jar of roasted red peppers
- 3-4 large cauliflower florets
- 1/2 packet Stevia or Splenda
Step 1. Drain the jar of roasted red peppers.
Step 2. Steam the cauliflower to soften completely.
Step 3. Blend all of the ingredients above adding the spices to taste.
Use as a dip for your vegetables, or Garlic and Herb Soy Crisps
Use as a sauce to top your IP Rotini
