Slow Cooked Beef with Mushrooms
Good for Phases 1 – 4
Simple and quick to prepare
- 1-2 lbs. lean beef rump roast or chuck roast
- 4 c. Organic low sodium chicken broth (No sugar)
- 5-6 garlic cloves, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. paprika
Step 1. Add all ingredients to crock pot.
Step 2. Cook in slow cooker for approx. 8 hours.
