Simple to prepare
- 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach (thaw)
- 2 oz. leeks
- 1/4 c. red pepper
- 2/3 c. ham
- 2 eggs
- 3 egg whites
- salt and pepper to taste
Step 1. Saute spinach and ham.
Step 2. Spray non stick olive oil in pie dish.
Step 3. Beat eggs, egg whites and add leeks, salt and pepper.
Step 4. Mix the spinach mixture and egg mixture together well.
Step 5. Pour into pie dish and bake 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Add in crushed Ideal Protein White Cheddar ridges for a cheesy flavor
