Tart – Key Lime Tart

Key Lime Tart

Great for Phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. Pure Lime Extract
  • 1 packet Stevia / Splenda
  • 1 packet Ideal Protein Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 1 packet Ideal Protein Maple Oatmeal
  • 1 egg white
  • 1-1 ½ oz water
  • Mini-muffin baking tin
  • Non-stick spray

Directions:

Step 1. Prepare pudding as directed.
Step 2. Add pure lime extract, and Stevia to pudding mix.
Step 3. Put pudding intro refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Step 4. Separately, mix 1 Ideal Protein Maple Oatmeal with water and egg whites forming thick dough.
Step 5. Spray muffin tin.
Step 6. Moisten hands (so dough doesn’t stick to them) and form little balls using approx. 2-3 teaspoons of dough.
Step 7. Place one dough ball in each baking cup. Press dough down as thinly as possible across the bottom and the sides.
Step 8. Bake for approx. 7 minutes.
Step 9. Let oatmeal crusts cool, fill with pudding and serve.
