Granola Crispy Cookies
Great for Phases 1 – 4
Easy to prepare
1 Ideal Protein Vanilla Crispy Square (cut into a few pieces)
1 Packet Ideal Protein Sweet and Spicy Trail Mix
1 tbsp. egg whites
1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp. pumpkin spice (optional)
Step 1. Place all dry ingredients into food process and pulse until blended, leaving some
trail mix unbroken.
Step 2. Add egg whites and pulse another few seconds.
Step 3. Spray muffin tin, or whoopee pie tins with non stick spray.
Step 4. Fill eat tin, and press down to flatten cookie.
Step 5. Bake on 300 approx. 6 minutes until cookies brown, remove and let cool on cooling rack.
Servings: Makes 2 servings (if use 8 tins – 4 cookies/per serving)
