Chicken – Un-fried Chicken

Un-Fried Chicken

Good for Phases 1 – 4
Easy preperation

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkt. IP Garlic Crisps, BBQ Crisps or Southwestern Cheese Curls
  • 1/4 c. egg whites
  • 6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts

Directions:

Step 1.  Crush the crisps or curls (not too fine).
Step 2.  Lightly coat chicken with egg white.
Step 3.  Dip the chicken in the crumbs.
Step 4.  Place on baking sheet.
Step 5.  Bake on broil until cooked through.

Servings :

1 8 0z. piece of chicken = 1 serving

Remember: If you are only using a little of the Southwestern Cheese Curls (IE: 1 bag should last for more than 6 chicken breasts) then you do NOT have to count this as your restricted for the evening.
