Rutabaga can be enjoyed (occasionally) as fries, hashbrowns or riced.
- 1 rutabaga
- olive oil to sautee
Step 1. Peel and slice rutabaga into shoe string french fry shapes.
Step 2. add 2 tsp. of olive oil, generous amount of sea salt.
Step 3. On the stove, sautee and stir occasionally.
They WILL NOT crisp up like a fry but the WILL taste great!
Step 1. Peel and slice Rutabage, then cut into small squares.
Step 2. Follow the above directions.
Step 1. Peel and slice Rutabaga.
Step 2. Place pieces into a food processor.
Step 3. Pulverize into small rice size pieces.
Step4. Follow directions in cooking above.
